Allocean Edibles Private Ltd (“FiskeFresh – Exotic Fish Market,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is dedicated to delivering premium fresh and frozen seafood while preserving the highest standards of food safety, temperature control, and customer care. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver orders placed through www.fiskefresh.in.

Service Coverage

We currently deliver only within the Greater Mumbai region.
If you are uncertain whether your address is serviceable, please contact our support team before placing an order. Orders outside our coverage area will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Orders confirmed after the stated cut‑off are processed on the next business day. We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other logistical constraints. We do not guarantee delivery at an exact time of day.

Packaging & Cold‑Chain Integrity

All packaging materials comply with FSSAI and food‑contact regulations. Products are sealed to prevent cross‑contamination and labelled with packed‑on and use‑by dates.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing:

  1. Courier name (where applicable)
  2. Tracking number or real‑time tracking link

Tracking visibility may be limited while parcels are in local distribution hubs or during final hand‑delivery.

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries occur Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm IST.

  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Please ensure someone authorised is available to receive, inspect, and sign for the parcel at the first delivery attempt.

  • Products must be promptly refrigerated (fresh) or frozen (frozen) upon receipt.

Failed Delivery & Non‑Receipt

A delivery is deemed failed if:

  • The address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

  • The recipient is unreachable or refuses delivery.

  • Access to the property is denied.

Because seafood is highly perishable, failed deliveries cannot be reshipped or refunded. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon the first attempted delivery.

Promotional rates and coupons are applied before calculating eligibility for free shipping.

Inspection, Shortages & Damage Claims

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If goods are damaged, partially missing, or not as described:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and contents.
  2. Email order@fiskefresh.in within 6 hours of delivery, attaching photos and the order number.
  3. Preserve all packaging until we complete our investigation.

Valid claims will be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 6 hours, or without photographic evidence, will not be accepted.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not accept returns of seafood products due to food‑safety regulations.
Orders may be cancelled only while their status is “Pending”. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non‑performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, governmental actions, or disruptions in transportation or utilities.

Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
