Description

Salmon Fish steaks can be made with the skin on or off and are generally made from fish larger than 4.5 kilograms. Fish steaks from particularly large fish can be sectioned so they are boneless. It takes less time to make a fish steak than a fillet because steaks are often bone-in and skin on. Salmon Steaks are suitable for Indian style cooking be it your delicious curry or the crispy fish fry. Both will taste Yummy!

They are available with or without skin and are individually vacuum packed. These portions are frozen packed in Norway, this also makes sure the freshness is intact.

These Salmon portions are cut precisely & cleaned thoroughly. They are ready to cook straight from the package. These portions can be made according to your specifications and needs. These are frozen portions and to be stored at -18 Degree Celsius.

Description

Norway is the home to the finest Atlantic Salmon fish (Salmo Salar), and we bring these fish directly from Norway to our customers in India every week by flight. The fresh fish is available in various Head-On Gutted sizes. Especially keeping our HORECA and Sushi restaurants customers in mind we also bring the Individually Vacuumed packed Pre-Rigor Fresh Fillet. We can also deliver this product in 200 to 600 grams of Vacuum-packed portions.

Atlantic Salmon fillets

Description

These are party pieces – whole salmon fillets, between 1.4-2.0 Kgs. We leave the skin on (but they are descaled), and of course, all bones have been removed. They look spectacular when served. We suggest you cook them in in foil, in the oven, You’ll need 100-200g per person. This is the ideal cut to bake the whole salmon fillet for a large group of people or a family. Like our portions, the fillers are also frozen packed in Norway.

Our smoked salmon is a natural product entirely without artificial preservatives. It contains only Atlantic salmon, sugar and salt. The product is based on traditional recipes and is made with natural ways of curing. Finely sliced premium cold-smoked salmon packed in consumer convenient 100g & 200 g packages. Also available in 1.5 kg packing for Horeca.
