Cancellation and Refund Policy

At FiskeFresh – Exotic Fish Market, we prioritize freshness, hygiene, and time-sensitive delivery of perishable seafood. Below is our Cancellation and Refund Policy:

 

Order Cancellation

A. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled by contacting us via email at order@fiskefresh.in within 30 minutes of placing the order or before the order is processed (whichever is earlier).

  • After Dispatch/Processing: Cancellations are not permitted once the product is dispatched or prepared for shipping.

B. FiskeFresh-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Non-availability of the product

  • Incorrect delivery address or contact details

  • Service area limitations

  • Operational disruptions (e.g., weather or supply chain issues)

In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Refunds and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns once a product is delivered.

However, a replacement or refund will be offered under the following circumstances:

  • Product was damaged in transit

  • Product received was incorrect (not as ordered)

  • Quality issue verified and reported within 6 hours

To request a refund or replacement, email us at order@fiskefresh.in within 6 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the package and product

Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Refund/Replacement Cases

No refund or replacement will be issued if:

  • The delivery failed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

  • You failed to store the product appropriately after delivery

  • The complaint was raised after the 6-hour window

  • Evidence of damage or issue is not provided
